介绍了一种Ku波段9通道收发分机,8个工作通道,1个校准通道,用于相控阵雷达的T/R子阵与信号处理分机的传输信道。分机采用400Mbps LVDS进行通信控制,在180mm×110mm×40mm体积下实现各通道独立可控。实现了发射信号各通道幅度一致性≤±1d B,相位一致性≤±10°;下变频接收增益73d B,通道幅度一致性≤±1.5d B,相位一致性≤±20°。采用电磁兼容多层主控板+收发通道分腔设计的思路,实现高增益下低杂散,高通道隔离。
A Ku-band 9-channel transceiver, 8 working channels, and 1 calibration channel are introduced for the transmission channels of the T / R sub-arrays and signal processing extensions of the phased array radar.
