陈云关于从严治党的思想,是在从事管党治党的实践中逐步形成和发展起来的。以纵向的历史视阈,考察陈云从严治党思想,可以发现:陈云从严治党思想初步形成于革命战争年代,继续发展于社会主义革命和建设时期,正式形成于改革开放新时期。在中国共产党领导革命、建设和改革的进程中,以时间的维度,坚持历史与逻辑相统一的方法,运用过程分析法,纵向把握陈云在各个时期关于从严治党的论述,有助于深入研究陈云从严治党思想的形成过程、具体背景和时代内容,对于新形势下推进全面从严治党具有现实意义。
