目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-1及其抑制物TIMP-1在盆腔器官脱垂患者子宫主韧带中的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法 (SP法)检测MMP-1及其抑制物TIMP-1在25例盆腔器官脱垂患者(POP组)以及20例因妇科良性肿瘤行阴式子宫全切术且无盆腔器官脱垂的患者(非POP组)子宫主韧带中的表达。结果:POP组中MMP-1的表达均显著高于非POP组中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非POP组TIMP-1阳性表达率高于POP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-1和TIMP-1参与了盆腔器官脱垂的发生和发展,其中MMP-1/TIMP-1比例失衡可能起关键作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase-1 and its inhibitor TIMP-1 in the uterine anterior ligament of patients with pelvic organ prolapse. Methods: Immunohistochemistry (SP method) was used to detect the expression of MMP-1 and its inhibitor TIMP-1 in 25 cases of pelvic organ prolapse (POP group) and 20 cases of gynecologic benign tumor by vaginal hysterectomy Expression of the main uterine ligament in patients with pelvic organ prolapse (non-POP group). Results: The expression of MMP-1 in POP group was significantly higher than that in non-POP group (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of TIMP-1 in non-POP group was higher than that in POP group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: MMP-1 and TIMP-1 are involved in the occurrence and development of pelvic organ prolapse. The imbalance of MMP-1 / TIMP-1 may play a key role.
