肿瘤是目前严重危害人类健康的一类疾病。研究发现,癌基因的活化和抑癌基因的失活使细胞周期调节失控是肿瘤发生发展中的重要因素。对细胞周期及其调节因子在肿瘤发生发展中作用的研究,已受到众多学者的重视。P16基因是新近发现的一个重要抑癌基因,被认为是目前唯一直接作用于细胞周期的抑癌基因,在人类多种肿瘤中存在广泛而高频率的缺失和突变。本文就该基因研究的最新进展及其与口腔肿瘤的关系综述如下。
Tumors are a serious group of diseases that currently endanger human health. The study found that the activation of oncogenes and tumor suppressor gene so that the loss of cell cycle regulation is an important factor in tumor development. Research on the role of cell cycle and its regulatory factors in tumorigenesis has attracted the attention of many scholars. P16 gene is a newly discovered important tumor suppressor gene. It is considered as the only tumor suppressor gene that directly acts on the cell cycle and has extensive and high frequency deletion and mutation in many human tumors. In this paper, the latest research on the gene and its relationship with oral cancer are summarized below.
