本试验运用自然变温法,在浙江南部平阳县对柑桔木虱Diaphorina cirri Kuw.进行了有效积温及发育起点的测定,得到了木虱各虫态有效积温和发育起点温度常数及其理论预测模式。木虱发育起点温度为:卵期8.5℃、若虫期15.6℃、雌成虫期10.89℃、雄成虫期10.87℃、成虫产卵前期为10.6℃及全世代为11.1℃,有效积温常数:卵期为80.74±10.76日度、若虫期111.2±24.6日度、雌成虫期593.3±46.3日度、雄成虫期620.5±51.5日度、产卵前期194.17±20.9日度及全世代482.72±18.65日度。经分析检验,可以在生产上用于预测预报,为防治提供参考。
In this study, the effective temperature and developmental thresholds of Diaphorina cirri Kuw. Were determined in Pingyang County of southern Zhejiang province by using the method of natural temperature change. The effective accumulated temperature and developmental threshold temperature constants and their theoretical prediction models . The starting temperature of psyllid development was 8.5 ℃ for oviposition, 15.6 ℃ for nymphs, 10.89 ℃ for female adults, 10.87 ℃ for male adults, 10.6 ℃ for pre-adult adults and 11.1 ℃ for all generations. The effective accumulated temperature was At 80.74 ± 10.76 days, the nymphal stage was 111.2 ± 24.6 days, female stage was 593.3 ± 46.3 days, male stage was 620.5 ± 51.5 days, pre-spawning stage was 194.17 ± 20.9 days, and the entire generation was 482.72 ± 18.65 days. After analysis and testing, can be used in production forecasting, prevention and treatment for reference.
