本世纪60、70年代以后,特别是进入80年代以来,广大的发展中国家纷纷提出以创立国家基金的方式引进外资的战略。其中,亚洲国家基金的发展绩效尤为引人注目。本文将分别从理论和实证角度对此进行研究。
Since the 1960s and 1970s, especially since the 1980s, a large number of developing countries have proposed a strategy of introducing foreign capital in the form of establishing state funds. Among them, the development performance of Asian national funds is particularly noticeable. This article will study this both theoretically and empirically.
