文章指出,要以认真学习和自觉实践“三个代表”为契机,联系工作实际,不断提高人民群众对公安工作满意率。即:牢记江泽民同志提出的“在任何情况下,与人民群众同呼吸共命运的立场不能变,全心全意为人民服务的宗旨不能变,坚信群众是真正的英雄的历史唯物主义不能丢”的指示,始终保持同人民群众的血肉联系;强化公仆意识,真正从人民群众满意的事做起,从人民群众不满意的问题改起,解决好社会治安问题、民警执法问题、公安队伍整体形象和纪律作风问题;坚持群众满意标准,把评判权交给广大人民群众,积极探索新形势下做好公安工作,密切警民关系的新方法。
The article points out that we should take the opportunity of earnestly studying and conscientiously implementing the “Three Represents” as an opportunity to continuously improve the rate of people’s satisfaction with public security work in connection with the actual work.
