在《水土保持法》颁布两周年前夕,在泉州市召开部分省(区)、流域机构水土保持监督执法座谈会,这对东南沿海与沿江沿边诸省(区)贯彻执行《水土保持法》,使水土保持工作与开发建设并行不悖具有很重要的意义。这次座谈会是今年继山东招远、四川广安两次片会之后的最后一次片会,这次也是检查各省(区)贯彻执行《水土保持法》和今年开展水保监督执法试点情况,以便进一步推动水土保持监督执法工作的开展。
