目的:探讨功能性子宫出血采用妈富隆治疗临床观察。方法:本次选取功能性子宫出血患者100例,均为我院妇科2013年1月至2014年1月收治,随机分组,就雌激素、乙烯雌酚传统用药(对照组,n=50)与妈富隆(观察组,n=50)临床效果进行比较。结果:观察组病例经统计示总有效率为98%,对照组经统计示为82%,有明显差异(P<0.05)。相较对照组,观察组控制出血时间、完全止血时间明显短于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论:功能性子宫出血采用妈富隆治疗,可迅速止血,且具较高安全性,具有非常积极的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical observation of functional uterine bleeding with Marvelon treatment. Methods: 100 cases of functional uterine bleeding were selected from our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 50) and control group Marvelon (observation group, n = 50) compared the clinical effect. Results: The total effective rate was 98% in the observation group and 82% in the control group, statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group controlled bleeding time, complete bleeding time was significantly shorter than the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: The functional uterine bleeding with Marvelon treatment, can quickly stop bleeding, and with high safety, has a very positive value.
