这两组照片分别拍摄于大同和冰岛。山西大同是我的故乡,是中国最重要的能源基地之一,同时又有云冈石窟和悬空寺这些古迹来证明这个地方的古老。黑白照片《关于大同》拍摄时间是2006-2010年之间,那时候的大同市还没经历后来的大规模拆迁和变动。拍摄这些黑白照片完全没有什么目的,仅仅只是一个人的只言片语,
