目的采用HPLC测定艳山姜中的去甲氧基醉椒素。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为水-乙腈(80∶20),流速为1 mL.min-1,检测波长345 nm,柱温25℃。结果去甲氧基醉椒素0.408~2.040μg与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9993);平均回收率为99.15%(RSD=1.20%)。结论所用方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为艳山姜药材的质量控制方法。
Objective To determine the demethoxyanzanin in Yam Ginger by HPLC. Methods The column was Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of water-acetonitrile (80:20) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 345 nm and a column temperature of 25 ℃ . Results The linear range of 0.408 ~ 2.040μg of enoxaproprins was good (r = 0.9993). The average recovery was 99.15% (RSD = 1.20%). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as quality control method of Yam Ginger.
