刺五加甙及其多糖对S_(801)白血病细胞系干扰素促诱生作用

我们用剌五加甙B[紫丁香甙(Syringin)],剌五加甙D和E[两种构型的紫丁香甙(Syringavesinol diglucoside)]及剌五加多糖纯品(PES)与粗制品对S_(801)白血病细胞系进行了干扰素促诱生试验。其实验方法与前相同(中华微生物学和免疫学杂志

We use Syringin, Syringavesinol diglucoside and PES and crude products. Interferon-promoting induction assays were performed on the S_(801) leukemia cell line. The experimental method is the same as before (Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology)
