职业教育是国家教育事业的重要组成部分,是促进经济、社会发展和提高劳动者素质就业的重要途径, 是把科学技术成果转化为现实生产力的桥梁和纽带。教师队伍的素质决定着教育质量的高低乃至整个教育事业的成败,建设一支师德高尚、结构合理、素质优良、数量足够、有职业教育特色的师资队伍,是提高职业教育办学质量和效益的根本性措施,是促进职业教育内涵式发展的一项重要任务。
Vocational education is an important part of education in our country. It is an important way to promote economic and social development and enhance employment of workers.
