本文指出,在一定条件下,转筒干燥机的干燥过程可近似为一阶惯性和纯时间滞后的动态过程。为了改善系统的品质,来用了一阶数字调节器(或非线性调节器)加纯时间滞后补偿的控制算法,并可很方便地由一个微型机来实现。本文最后给出了该系统数字仿真研究的结果。
This paper points out that under certain conditions, the drum dryer drying process can be approximated as a first-order inertia and pure time lag dynamic process. In order to improve the quality of the system, a first-order digital regulator (or non-linear regulator) and a control algorithm of pure time lag compensation are used and conveniently implemented by a microcomputer. At the end of this paper, the results of numerical simulation of the system are given.
