旧城区的保护与改造是一个全球化的普遍规律,它是由经济的发展和人口的增长等一系列事情所带来的。而我国随着改革开放几十年的高速发展,城市化进程日益加快,旧城区的建筑破损、街道分布拥挤、居住密集逼仄等一系列不合理的规划正在日益困扰着城市的规划,这一系列的问题无疑是城市化进一步发展的绊脚石,所以对于旧城区的更新改造已经刻不容缓。本文通过具体的情况,对我国城市旧城区的改造和发展提出了一些分析和建议以及怎样做到在改造的过程中保护好旧城区所流传下的宝贵历史和文化。
The protection and transformation of the old city is a universal law of globalization brought about by a series of things such as economic development and population growth. In our country, with the rapid development of decades of reform and opening up and the accelerating process of urbanization, a series of unreasonable plans such as damaged buildings in old urban areas, crowded streets and densely populated houses are increasingly plaguing urban planning. Is undoubtedly a stumbling block to the further development of urbanization. Therefore, it is urgent to update and reconstruct the Old City. Based on the specific circumstances, this paper puts forward some analyzes and suggestions on the reconstruction and development of the old urban areas in our country and how to protect the precious history and culture circulating in the old urban areas in the process of renovation.
