在长期的教育教学实践中,我校全面贯彻党的教育方针,坚持以德育为首,以教学为主,以科研开路,全面提高教育教学质量和管理水平,确立“以创新促发展,以科研提质量,向管理要效益”的奋斗目标,努力开创教育工作新局面。在教学管理上,切实减轻学生负担,提高课堂教学效果,创建特色教学模式,在“科学、现代、规范”上下功夫,坚持“科研兴校、科研兴师”,帮助教师发展自我,引领教师专业成长,为创新型人才的培养和学校的发展奠定了坚实的基础。
