化学品的安全管理是目前全球普遍关注的重大国际性问题之一。化学品的安全管理国家标准不仅是我国化学品安全管理体系的重要组成部分,也是我国国务院《危险化学品安全管理条例》、环保部《新化学物质环境保护管理办法》、国家质检总局《关于进出口危险化学品及其包装检验监管有关问题的公告》及其他相关制度贯彻实施的重要手段和技术支撑。目前,我国已初步建立了化学品安全管理国家标准体系,涵盖了危险货物运输、化学品危险性分类与公示、化学品检测方法、良好实验室规范相关标准及相关通用基础标准。
The management of the safety of chemicals is one of the major international issues of general concern in the world at present. The national standards for the safety management of chemicals are not only an important part of China’s chemical safety management system, but also the “Regulations for the Administration of Hazardous Chemicals” of the State Council, the “Measures for the Administration of Environmental Protection of New Chemical Substances” issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the “ Import and Export of Hazardous Chemicals and Packaging Inspection Supervision of the announcement ”and other related systems to implement the important means and technical support. At present, China has preliminarily established a national standard system for chemical safety management, covering dangerous goods transportation, chemical hazard classification and publicity, testing methods of chemicals, relevant standards of good laboratory practices and relevant basic standards.
