进行性肾功能衰竭为晚期肝病患者常见的一种终末期并发症,也是严重肝病直接死因之一,而且有一些肝性昏迷病例,实际上是肾功能衰竭造成的,对这些病人防治肾功能衰竭是预防及治疗肝昏迷关键之一。现将我科几年来收治的严重肝病患者合并有肝肾综合征的临床资料较完整的20例报道如下:
