1957年11月21日,是海陆丰苏维埃成立三十周年,特撰此文,以为纪念.梨园工会30年前,中国共产党及其优秀儿子彭湃领导海陆丰农民暴动,夺取了政权之后,苏维埃政府即根据海丰全县工农兵代表大会关于“改良戏剧”的决议案,着手领导海陆丰戏曲艺人,成立了梨园工会.所有艺人,除班主——戏爹之外,一律都参加了这个组织.工会长是正字戏的须生郑乃式同志.从这一天起.每个会员的胸前便佩着一个布质的“梨园工会”会章,头上戴起一顶写有“梨园工会”四个大字的竹笠,脖子上系着一条红领巾,腰里藏着一把匕首.班里原来的“天地父母”旗,则换作“镰刀斧头”旗.从此,艺人们就雄赳赳地投进了革命的大风暴中…….
