为了提高创新优势、获得相应收益,联盟成员参加R&D联盟,共同开展创新活动。由于联盟产出资源数量和种类是各联盟成员关注的重点,因此如何实现联盟产出的科学分配,成为联盟管理的重要任务之一。本文从联盟产出分配总体思想、分配方法及流程设计等三个环节对联盟产出分配问题进行系统分析,给出基于联盟成员对产出资源贡献程度设计基本分配方案,引入综合调整系数给出调整方案,根据成员效用总和最大原则,引入偏好系数确定最终分配方案的联盟产出分配方法,旨在为提高联盟产出分配的有效性提供新的思路和科学依据。
In order to improve the advantages of innovation, get the corresponding benefits, alliance members to participate in the R & D alliance to carry out innovative activities. As the quantity and variety of output resources of alliances are the focus of alliance members, how to realize the scientific distribution of alliance output has become one of the important tasks of alliance management. This article systematically analyzes the alliance output distribution problem from the three aspects of the overall idea of output distribution, the distribution method and the process design, gives the basic distribution scheme based on the contributions of alliance members to the output resources, and gives the overall adjustment coefficient According to the principle of maximum sum of members’ utility, this paper adjusts the scheme and introduces the method of alliance output distribution with the preference coefficient to determine the final distribution plan. The purpose is to provide new ideas and scientific basis for improving the efficiency of the alliance’s output distribution.
