目的:研究小鼠对新环境和回避反应记忆特点.方法:用开阔和避暗实验.结果:小鼠对开阔环境记忆仅保持48 h,对回避反应记忆持续96 h以上.在开阔和回避反应实验中,小鼠获得记忆所需的学习时间分别为0.5和2min.东莨菪碱,氯丙嗪,异丙嗪,印防己毒素,咖啡因和戊巴比妥能抑制小鼠回避反应.但小鼠对开阔环境的记忆仅被东茛菪碱和咖啡因阻断.结论:与回避反应相比,小鼠对新环境的记忆表现为易获得,易消退,不易被药物阻断.
OBJECTIVE: To study the memory characteristics of mice in new environment and avoidance response.Methods: The open and dark avoidance experiments were performed.RESULTS: The mice were kept in open environment memory for 48 h and the memory of avoidance response sustained for more than 96 h.In the open and avoidance response In the experiment, the learning time required for mice to acquire memory was 0.5 and 2 minutes, respectively.Cosaffopamine, chlorpromazine, promethazine, picrotoxin, caffeine and pentobarbital inhibited the mice avoidance response, but the mouse pairs The memory of the open environment was only blocked by scopolamine and caffeine.Conclusion: Compared with the avoidance response, the memory performance of mice in the new environment is easy to obtain, easy to subside, and not easy to be blocked by drugs.
