垄断地租是西方新马克思主义者戴维·哈维一以贯之的理论关切所在,其对于理解资本的空间化、资本主义生产方式的变革和资本主义危机的克服路径等有着重要的理论价值,对分析和研究当下的城市化运动和文化与商品的关系等有着重要的现实意义。本文着力厘清垄断地租理论的来龙去脉和基本内涵,揭示戴维·哈维对垄断地租理论的重要贡献,分析其与集体符号资本、迪斯尼化之间的内在逻辑关联,为我国当前城市规划建设有效避免迪斯尼化提供参考。
Monopoly rent is a consistent theoretical concern for Western neo-Marxist David Harvey. It has important theoretical value for understanding the spatialization of capital, the transformation of the capitalist mode of production, and the path of overcoming the crisis of capitalism. It is of great practical significance to study the current urbanization movement and the relationship between culture and commodities. This paper tries to clarify the ins and outs of the theory of monopoly rent and reveal the important contribution of David Harvey to the theory of monopoly rent and analyze the inherent logical connection between it and collective symbolic capital and Disneyization so as to effectively avoid the current urban planning and construction in China Disneyization for reference.
