从公平感知的视角出发,揭示微观层面风险企业内部双边促进创新绩效产出的过程。分析公平感知对合伙双边合作创新意愿以及创新绩效的作用,以及环境不确定性在上述关系中的调节作用。通过问卷调查收集一手数据,运用回归分析方法得出:公平感知与合作创新意愿及创新绩效有正向关系;合作创新意愿在公平感知及创新绩效之间起中介作用;环境不确定性正向调节公平感知与合作创新意愿之间的关系。研究结论具有一定的理论价值及现实意义。
From the perspective of fairness perception, the process of promoting the output of innovation performance in bilateral venture capital firms at the micro level is revealed.
