观察１４６例高频电磁场作业人员心电图，并与６０例对照组进行比较，结果：高频组心电图的总异常串明显高于对照组（ｒ＜０．０１）．其中窦性心律不齐出现率比对照组显著增高；当电场强度＞２０ｖ／ｍ、磁场强度≥５Ａ／ｍ时，窦性心律失常出现率显著高于对照组（ｒ＜０．０１）．认为心电图检查仍应作为高频电磁场作业人员的健康监护项目之一。
The electrocardiogram of 146 high-frequency electromagnetic field workers was observed and compared with 60 control subjects. The results showed that the total abnormal series of electrocardiogram in HF group was significantly higher than that in control group (r <0.01). The incidence of sinus arrhythmia was significantly higher than that of the control group. When the electric field intensity was> 20v / m and the magnetic field strength was ≥5A / m, the incidence of sinus arrhythmia was significantly higher than that of the control group (r <0.01). That ECG should still be used as high-frequency electromagnetic field health care workers one of the items.
