刚带这个班时,孩子和班级中的各种问题一度弄得我焦头烂额。一个偶然机会,我给孩子们举行了一次集体生日,孩子人人有任务,有的主持,有的表演,有的服务,各个耶么能干,那么有责任感。当时的场面让我久久难以忘怀。我想,如果有这么一个活动,孩子们既感兴趣又能学到知识和本领,还能锻炼能力,那该多好啊!于是,我开始策划班级生日活动,挖掘孩子们身边可感可知、喜闻乐见的素材,整合各种教育资源,调动他们的学习兴趣和成长内驱力。
When I just took this class, the problems in my children and in my class once caused me a lot of trouble. By chance, I held a children’s collective birthday, children have all the tasks, some presided over, and some performances, and some services, all ye can do, so a sense of responsibility. The scene at the time made me a long time unforgettable. I think if there is such an activity where children are both interested and able to learn knowledge and skills, but also able to exercise abilities, then how wonderful! So, I started planning class birthday activities, digging around the children can feel, Loved materials, integration of various educational resources, to mobilize their interest in learning and growth drive.
