Are the employees satisfied with the performance appraisal methods, index system, assessment cycle, assessment results and reward and punishment system implemented by enterprises? What is the difference between different types, geographical enterprises and employees with different positions, gender and educational qualifications? According to a survey conducted by the Human Resources Research and Training Center of the State Council Development Research Center on 5,920 employees in 22 provinces and municipalities, only about 60% of the employees in our country are satisfied with the system of assessment and rewards and punishments.
