含有尿素的溶液对人牙釉质的影响是有意义的,因为:(1)在唾液中含有尿素、浓度约为2 mM,(2)众所周知,尿素阻止蛋白中氢离子结合,并意味着可能影响釉质基质和矿物质与氢的结合。近来已证实0.1~0.5M尿素溶液可渗入釉质,主要是柱间部分。本研究目的有三;(1)研究尿素处理后釉质表面形态;(2)尿素对釉质解剖表面下(横切片)作用的扫描电镜(S EM)观察;(3)观察由延长稀释(0.1M)尿素溶
The effect of urea-containing solutions on human enamel is significant because: (1) urea is present in saliva at a concentration of about 2 mM; (2) it is well known that urea inhibits hydrogen ion binding in proteins and implies that it may affect Enamel matrix and the combination of minerals and hydrogen.
