为适应军队医院精简整编,满足医疗护理工作正常运行,我院自1986年起,即开始招聘聘用护士。但近年来护士法及军队护士执业管理细则的陆续颁发,要求护士需持执业证书上岗,如何对已进入部队医院的聘用护士进行执业管理将是一个亟待解决的问题。现结合我院具体作法分述如下:
