目的:通过HD-91-Ⅱ型中频脉冲治疗仪治疗慢性乙型肝炎,观察治疗仪的治疗效果,探讨HD-91-Ⅱ型中频脉冲治疗仪在慢性乙型肝炎中的治疗特点及疗效机制。方法:选取2015年4月至2016年5月的前来本院就诊并同意采用HD-91-Ⅱ型中频脉冲治疗仪进行辅助治疗的患者40例,本研究采用自身治疗前后对照,于治疗前和治疗后观察患者一般情况、临床症状、体征等情况,治疗疗程为8周。结果:所有患者经过HD-91-Ⅱ型中频脉冲治疗仪辅助治疗后,所有患者治疗后临床症状、体征等水平有明显改善,与治疗前数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性乙型肝炎在临床中的治疗已经规范化,但患者在临床中仍存在肝区不舒、疼痛、甚至病程加重出现黄疸等症状,HD-91-Ⅱ型中频脉冲治疗仪能够通过改善机体肝脏微循环、提高机体肝脏抗病及修复能力,改善了患者的临床症状,临床治疗效果颇佳。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the therapeutic effect of HD-91-II IF pulse therapy instrument on chronic hepatitis B and to observe the therapeutic effect of HD-91-II IF pulse therapy instrument on chronic hepatitis B and its therapeutic mechanism. Methods: From April 2015 to May 2016, 40 patients who came to our hospital for medical treatment and agreed to use HD-91-Ⅱ type IF pulse therapy instrument were selected. Before and after treatment, After treatment and observation of patients with general conditions, clinical symptoms, signs and other conditions, the treatment course of 8 weeks. Results: After all the patients were treated with HD-91-II IF pulse therapy instrument, the clinical symptoms and signs of all patients were significantly improved after treatment, which was statistically significant compared with the data before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis B has been standardized, but patients still present in the clinical liver discomfort, pain, and even worse symptoms such as jaundice, HD-91-II-frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus by improving the body Liver microcirculation, improve the body’s liver disease resistance and repair ability to improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, clinical treatment is quite good.
