在跨境电商迅猛发展之时,中央大力推动经济转型、释放社会活动,在2014年9月的达沃斯论坛上,首次在公开场合发出“大众创业、万众创新”的号召,并在2015年的政府工作报告中再次提出。全国兴起“大众创业、万众创新”热潮,跨境电商领域创新创业势头借此契机蓬勃发展。为响应国家号召,顺应市场发展需求,以广州工程技术职业学院为例,就其商务英语职业跨境电商创新创业人才孵化基地建设进行研究,旨在更好地为跨境电商创新创业高级技术技能型人才基地的建设提供参考。
