由于因特网技术成熟，适应测试能在基于万维网的环境被利用；应试者能参加测试在任何地方；任何时间。研究的目的是使用条款反应理论(IRT ) ，适应测试理论；构造一种 XML 格式的万维网服务技术它以堤围绕；网的一个系统基于(WAT ) 由三级的顾客服务器距离的框架测试的适应测试。
