随着信息化时代的不断发展,广电系统在社会中的地位显得越来越重要。现如今,是一个信息化的时代,信息的传播要依赖网络以及电视等平台。因此,广播电视系统单位工作的成效将在很大程度上影响到信息传播的质量。在广播电视系统中,档案管理是一个非常重要的工作。因为广播电视档案的资料繁多,不仅包括纸质的文字资料还有音频文件、光盘材料以及录像材料等等。而且这些资料的来源也较为广泛。提高工作效率,改善工作方法对于广电系统的长期发展有着重要的意义。在新时期的背景下,我国广电系统档案管理中还存在着一些问题,本论文重点针对现如今广电系统档案管理工作中的问题进行分析,进而提出相应的解决对策。
With the continuous development of information age, the status of radio and television system in the society is more and more important. Nowadays, it is an era of informationization. The dissemination of information depends on platforms such as the Internet and television. Therefore, the effectiveness of the work of radio and television system units will largely affect the quality of information dissemination. In radio and television systems, file management is a very important task. Because radio and television archives a wide range of information, including not only paper text information as well as audio files, CD material and video material and so on. And the sources of these materials are also more extensive. Improving work efficiency and improving working methods are of great significance to the long-term development of radio and television systems. In the background of the new era, there are still some problems in the file management of radio and television system in our country. This thesis focuses on the analysis of the problems in file management of radio and television system nowadays, and then puts forward corresponding solutions.
