1999年6月,国务院正式批复了北京市政府和科技部《关于实施科教兴国战略加快建设中关村科技园区的请求》的报告,标志着中关村科技园区的建设工作正式拉开了序幕。创建世界一流的中关村科技园区,使北京市社会经济又面临一次重大发展机遇。本文拟着重研究金融部门如何更好地支持中关村科技园区建设的有关具体政策问题。
In June 1999, the State Council formally approved the report of Beijing Municipal Government and Ministry of Science and Technology on “Requesting China to Accelerate the Construction of Zhongguancun Science Park by Implementing the Strategy of Rejuvenating China through Science and Education”, marking the official start of the construction of Zhongguancun Science Park.
