放射性肠道损伤常见于核事故及战时核武器伤,也是临床腹部肿瘤放疗过程中最常见的并发症之一。其发病机制可能与放射线损伤肠道上皮细胞、肠血管内皮细胞及影响肠道神经免疫系统有关,目前尚无有效的治疗方法。目前,干细胞对损伤组织进行结构修复是再生医学研究的热点之一,近年来各种成体干细胞可以定植于肠道并促进肠道组织结构的恢复,分化成肠道正常功能细胞等方面的研究给放射性肠道损伤的治疗带来了新的希望。
