本文作者为了探讨热能需要量地区差值的原因,收集了哈尔滨、沈阳、乌鲁木齐、兰州、北京、南京和上海七城市气象资料及1982年居民营养调查资料结合黑龙江省营养调查结果,进行对比分析。结果显示,气温高低与居民热能摄入量间存在着一定关系,如气温最低、寒冷持续时间最长、无霜期最短的哈尔滨市热能摄取量比沈阳、北京、西安、南京高5%,比乌鲁木齐高2.7%,比兰州高1.6%。作者指出,产生地区性差值的原因是:寒冷使基础代
In order to find out the reasons for the difference in demand for heat energy, the author collected the meteorological data of seven cities in Harbin, Shenyang, Urumqi, Lanzhou, Beijing, Nanjing and Shanghai, and the survey data of residents’ nutrition in 1982 with the results of the survey of nutrition in Heilongjiang Province for comparative analysis.
