目前世界上仅有美国、日本能生产这种光纤,价值昂贵。上海激光技术研究所于1983年9月研制出弥散光纤,经上海第三人民医院动物和临床实验证明,性能较好,达到使用要求。此后又不断进行改革提高,先后研制了三种不同结构性能的弥散光纤,并进行了各种性能的测试。其中C型弥散光纤已提供给上海、河南、北京一些医院试用,证明性能好。这种弥散光纤的主要特性是:(1)弥散效率高,基本无损(弥散光纤输出功率与规则光纤输出功率的比较);(2)能承受较高的激光功率
