《深化国有企业改革的指导意见》是大家期盼已久的。从去年10月底,到今年9月13日正式公布,经过了10个多月时间。文件的形成是由国务院协调各有关部委参与起草,因为国企改革的任务非常重大,中央花了很大力气才形成文件。9月13日之前公布的两个文件,《关于在深化国有企业改革中坚持党的领导加强党的建设的若干意见》和《关于加强和改进企业国有资产监督
Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Reform of State-owned Enterprises is what we all have long awaited. From the end of October last year until September 13 this year, the official announcement, after more than 10 months time. The formation of the document was coordinated by the State Council in drafting the relevant ministries and commissions because the task of SOE reform was very heavy and the Central Government spent a great deal of effort on documenting. Two documents promulgated before September 13, Several Opinions on Insisting on the Leadership of the Party and Strengthening the Party’s Construction in Deepening the Reform of State-owned Enterprises, and Several Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Supervision over the State-owned Assets of Enterprises
