粘连性角膜白斑继发青光眼虽比较常见,但因其多为慢性经过,无急性发作,易被医生漏诊误治;有的被错误告诉白斑是静止病变,视力不会再坏,劝患者不要再求医治疗,患者因为得不到正确诊断和早期适当的治疗,而丧失时机终致失明,令人痛心。近又遇数例本病患者被医生漏诊,虽一再到某些医院求治,仍未得到正确诊断和及时适当治疗,故将笔者近年观察治疗的粘连性角膜白斑患者侧重于有无继发青光眼等情况予以统计分析讨论,希望引起尚未注意本病的同道注意,能早期发现本病,及时适当治疗,使患者免遭失明痛苦。
