随着新课程改革的不断深入,我们的课堂教学越来越关注其有效性,即教学效益,因为没有效益的教学不是好教学。那么什么是有效教学呢?我认为有效教学应该具备以下基本特征。一、有效教学是有明确任务指向的教学考察一个课堂教学是否有效,需要明确在教学实施前,教师和幼儿期待达到怎样的教学目标,否则所有的考察就没有意义了。二、有效教学是幼儿高度参与的教学我们在课堂上经常有这样的经历:当教师提出一个问题,多次询问学生之后,幼儿仍然无动于衷,于是就把问题的答案呈现给幼儿。
