财政投入大幅增加。从2011年起,市财政每年投入学前教育不低于3亿元。2011~2012年全市财政共投入23亿元,其中市级财政投入6.4亿元。2013年中央和市级投入6.87亿。普惠性学前教育资源不断扩大。2011~2013年,全市新建、改扩建幼儿园1170所。全市各级各类幼儿园(含班、点)从2010年的6594所增加到2013年的7436所(增加842所),其中,独立建制幼儿园从2010年的4105所增加到2013年的4547所。全市在园幼儿从2010年的70.9万人增加到2013年的89.33万人(增加18.43万人),学前三年毛入园率从2010年的70.9%提高到2013年的76.5%。2013年,全市共认定普惠性幼儿园3601所,在园幼儿覆盖率达到69%。
Financial input increased significantly. Since 2011, the city’s annual investment in pre-school education should not be less than 300 million yuan. From 2011 to 2012, the city invested a total of 2.3 billion yuan in government finance, of which 640 million yuan was invested by municipal finance. In 2013, the central government and municipal government invested 687 million. Pratt & Whitney pre-school education resources continue to expand. From 2011 to 2013, 1170 new kindergartens were built and expanded in the city. The city’s various types of kindergartens (including classes and points) at all levels increased from 6594 in 2010 to 7436 in 2013 (an increase of 842), of which the number of independent kindergartens increased from 4,105 in 2010 to 4,547 in 2013. The number of children in the city’s garden increased from 709,000 in 2010 to 833,300 in 2013 (an increase of 184,300), and the gross enrollment rate in the first three years of school increased from 70.9% in 2010 to 76.5% in 2013. In 2013, the city recognized a total of 3601 all-inclusive kindergartens, with an early childhood coverage of 69%.
