目的探讨不同级别胶质瘤中p53蛋白与O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶(MGMT)表达的相关性。方法选取2013年1月至2013年12月间行神经外科手术切除的98例脑胶质瘤组织作为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学的方法分析不同级别胶质瘤组织中p53蛋白与MGMT表达的关系。结果 MGMT在不同级别胶质瘤组织间表达无显著差异,在表达强度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。p53在不同级别胶质瘤组织中的表达差异有统计学意义,在表达强度上并无明显特征。MGMT与p53在表达强度上呈负相关。结论 p53与MGMT的表达在不同级别的胶质瘤中均有一定的关系,且p53表达增强和MGMT表达减弱均对胶质瘤的发生、发展及其恶性程度产生一定的影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of p53 protein and O6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase (MGMT) in different grades of gliomas. Methods Ninety-nine patients with glioma underwent neurosurgical resection between January 2013 and December 2013 were selected as study objects. The relationship between p53 protein and MGMT expression in different grades of gliomas was analyzed by immunohistochemistry . Results There was no significant difference in the expression of MGMT between different grades of glioma tissues, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of p53 in different grades of glioma tissue had statistical significance, but no obvious characteristic in expression intensity. MGMT and p53 in the expression intensity was negatively correlated. Conclusion The expression of p53 and MGMT have some relations in different grades of gliomas, and the increased expression of p53 and the weakened expression of MGMT all have effects on the occurrence, development and malignancy of gliomas.
