物理学中的“质量”,即物体含有物质的多少。而生活中的质量和物理学意义上的质量相比,其内涵外延大大拓宽,有形无形,大象小节,无所不包。长久以来,“监督”在大多数人看来,唱的都是“黑脸”的角色;但当它转过身来,面对老百姓的时候,又将是一副怎样的脸孔呢?它要求某一种灰色现象或行为止步的时候,其实正包涵着它对另一种积极现象或行为的隐性倡导,资讯性亦是它一个不可或缺的特性,甚至可以说,是一项不容推卸的责任和义务。国庆黄金周之后的人们,心情还沉浸在节庆的愉悦之中,一个令人期待与向往的季节又悄然而至,在这个季节里,我们在喜庆元旦到来的同时,还将迎来美好的传统节日春节。在“双节”来临之际,笔者希望本期“质量监督导刊”对“质量”与“监督”的重新解读能给读者的生活增添更多的色彩。这一面不是人为的创造,而是源于它本身的真实。非典的阴霾散去后,全国消费呈现出令人可喜的反弹,黄金周则将这种反弹推向了最高峰。据来自全国假日办的统计显示,全国99个直报旅游区(点)中,主要景区(点)纷纷创出游客接待量的历史新高。10月1日至6日,接待游客约1206万人,门票收入约3.89亿元,这一资料数据表明:走出家门,游千山万水,览万物风情是当前人们休闲度假的一种时尚。
