1962年4月24日会农办张字第96号认真加强湖区修防工作,切实做好防汛准备,是爭取今年湖区农业丰收的一件大事,也是建設湖区的一个长远任务,各级人民委員会、区公所、公社管理委員会、以及湖区各农坊,应把它当成领导农业生产中的一项极为重要的工作,切实的抓起来。在做好今年的修防工作中,必须从最坏处着想,向最好处努力,不打无准备的仗。要求在没有特大自然災害的情况下,力爭不决口,不溃垸,保安全,保丰收。这是我们的工作目标。全省湖区防汛会议提出的问題,是目前极为重要而且带有普遍性的问题,必须逐项落实加以解决,现将这个报告转发你们,希根据本地区具体情况,研究执行。
