这是我2008年工作中的真实的案例,为了保护学生的隐私,我把学生的姓名用代号表示,把这一案例记录下来。作为一名有二十五年教龄的老教师,我认为只有转变教育观念,不断地学习新课改理论,紧跟时代步伐,在工作中经常进行自我反思,才能保持教育教学工作中的青春活力。教师应善于鼓励学生、建构和谐课堂,特别关注有个性的学生,站在学生家长的立场上,设身处地为每一个学生的发展着想,完善自己的教
This is a real case of my work in 2008, in order to protect the privacy of students, I put the student’s name as a code to record the case. As an old teacher with 25 years of teaching experience, I think that only by changing the concept of education, constantly studying the theory of new curriculum reform, keeping up with the pace of the times and constantly conducting self-reflection in our work can we maintain the youthful vigor in education and teaching work .
