《幼儿园工作规程(试行)》颁布以来,重视促进幼儿的发展这一观念,已深入人心。这无疑是一种进步。正如有些教师所说,过去主要考虑教师怎样教,很少考虑幼儿怎样学。现在,已比较注意针对幼儿特点进行教育,力求做到更好地促进幼儿的发展。但是,要使促进幼儿发展的观念真正落实,是很不容易的。这不仅包括对促进幼儿发展的一些具体问题的认识,而且还包括如何使已有的正确认识体现在实际教育工作中的问题。下面把笔者的认识结合在具体
Since the promulgation of the Kindergarten Procedures (Trial Implementation), the concept of promoting the development of young children has gained people’s hearts. This is undoubtedly an improvement. As some teachers have said, in the past, teachers mainly considered how to teach, and seldom considered how young children learn. Nowadays, more attention has been devoted to educating young children and striving to better promote the development of young children. However, it is not easy to truly implement the concept of promoting the development of young children. This includes not only understanding some of the specific issues that promote the development of young children, but also how to make the correct understanding already exist in the actual education. The following combination of my understanding of the specific
