目的探讨归元口服液抑制肿瘤作用机制及中药的生物效应鉴定法。方法对归元口服液进行了促IL-2分泌和IFN-γ产生量的体外实验研究。结果归元口服液1μg/mL时,有很强的促进IL-2水平的作用,且量效关系明显;归元口服液10μg/mL时,有很强的促进IFN-γ细胞因子的作用,且量效关系明显。结论IL-2分泌和IFN-γ产生量可以作为归元口服液的评价指标。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Guiyuan oral liquid in inhibiting the action of tumors and the identification of biological effects of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The in vitro study on the secretion of IL-2 and the production of IFN-γ in Guiyuan Oral Liquid was performed. Results When Guiyuan oral liquid was 1μg/mL, it had a strong effect on promoting IL-2 level, and the dose-effect relationship was significant. When Guiyuan oral liquid was 10μg/mL, it had a strong role in promoting IFN-γ cytokines. And the dose-effect relationship is obvious. Conclusion IL-2 secretion and IFN-γ production can be used as evaluation indexes of Guiyuan oral liquid.
