用树液着色法研究松树枯萎病及其复苏现象

用水溶性着色素示踪树液流动法,可诊断早期松枯病症及其恢复现象。接种线虫后一天,在松茎横断面,树脂道周围未着色的白斑扩大。这是树脂扩散后,进入邻近管胞,以及树脂不正常漏出所改。反之,它们又阻碍树脂流动。随病情加剧,白斑越来越明显,侵害面也越来越大,最后形成松脂材。在此阶级,虽然这些扩散了的树脂截断了体内输水系统,水仍会上升到叶部。这时,继而同时出现树脂道、髓射线和髓心薄壁组织坏死现象。水分进入坏死组织后,树液流动就完全不正常。在病症最后阶级,可以观察到,输水系统已完全受阻,接种的松苗中,有些可以看到它们能摆脱病疾而复苏。一些树苗已表明,树茎内部有典型的树脂漏出,它们的形成层都会继续产生正常管胞。这就表明,彻底毁坏形成层,必然会导致松树死亡。上述方法,可以用于诊断松枯萎病。 The use of water-soluble pigment tracer tree fluid flow method can be diagnosed early wilt disease and its recovery.
