在总结“十一五”、开启“十二五”的关键历史时期,法治江苏建设也面临着新的发展机遇。应当认真总结“十一五”法治建设经验,认真思考如何抓住新的发展机遇,认真落实中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议对未来五年我国法治建设提出的明确要求,“全面落实依法治国基本方略,完善中国特色社会主义法律体系,维护法制权威,推进依法行政,公正廉洁执法,加强普法教育,形成人人学法守法的良好社会氛围,加快建设社会主义法治国家”。
