1984年冬季人们普遍感到冷的早、低温持续时间长。与常年比较有什么特点?对农业生产有何影响?现将我站1984年冬季观测资料与历年同期资料整理如表1。
The winter of 1984 generally felt cold early, low temperature continued for a long time. What are the characteristics compared with perennials and the impact on agricultural production? The data of winter stations in 1984 and the data of the same period in recent years are summarized in Table 1.
