近几年来,随着海峡两岸开放程度的提高,大陆居民赴台旅游业务蓬勃发展。旅游合同为双方当事人约定而成立的双务合同,其目的是为旅客获得旅行社的专业细致的旅行服务和期待的精神享受和休闲娱乐。然而随着赴台旅游交易量的增加,旅游合同纠纷也大量增多。本文试从大陆居民赴台旅游合同的特点和纠纷类型入手,对合同争议解决机制进行了初步探究。
In recent years, with the improvement of the opening up of both sides of the Taiwan Strait, the mainland residents’ tourism business in Taiwan has been booming. Travel contract for the parties agreed upon the establishment of the dual-service contract, the purpose is for travelers to travel travel agents and meticulous travel services and looking forward to the spirit of enjoyment and entertainment. However, with the increase in the volume of tourism to Taiwan, travel contract disputes also increased significantly. This article tries to start with the characteristics and types of disputes concerning the travel contracts of the residents of mainland China to Taiwan and makes a preliminary study on the mechanism of dispute settlement.
